Monitor Symptoms and Get Tested

Symptoms range from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Go to an Outpatient Clinic and Get Tested!

If You have Tested Positive for Covid-19, contact your Medical Doctor and Notify them of your symptoms.   Or you can call a Tele-Health Hotline and Notify them of Your symptoms.   It is important to have someone monitoring your symptoms to determine if you should go to a Hospital.

When to seek emergency medical attention

Look for emergency warning signs* for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone

*This list is not all possible symptoms. Please call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.

Call 911 or call ahead to your local emergency facilityNotify the operator that you are seeking care for someone who has or may have COVID-19.


 Natural Protocols for Covid 19 Infection





  • Keep yourself hydrated with Water, Herbal Tea, Coconut Water and Emergen-C

  • Eat small regular meals or snacks with protein to keep your blood sugar balanced and keep the immune system strong

  • Eat soups or broths for electrolytes and minerals

  • Drink Green Tea to improve immunity and help prevent viral replication



  • Get plenty of Sleep and Rest

  • Try to get 20 minutes out in the Sunshine per day to activate the Immune Boosting Vitamin

  • Take an Epsom Salt Bath to relieve Sore Muscles and Relax your Nerves

  • Use Essential Oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme to oxygenate the Respiratory Tract and Help Breathing.
