RxStar Remedy Anti-Candida Diet

The Anti-Candida Diet is designed to help designed to eliminate Candida and Excess Yeast. Candidiasis is an infection from candida (a type of yeast) overgrowth in the gut. Yeast feeds on sugar and refined carbohydrates, so the Anti-Candida diet eliminates foods that are high in these -- grains, dairy, processed foods, most starchy vegetables, most fruits, and alcohol. The meal plan includes smoothies with a gluten-free plain vegan protein powder. The Adrenal Support Cleanse is low in sugar and high in healthy fat and protein as well as various nutrients targeted at nourishing and supporting a healthy adrenal system. The diet includes whole, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein (organic/wild-caught poultry and fish), healthy fats and carbohydrates, and plenty of fluids. Bone broth or miso broth and sea vegetables (Dulse, Nori, Wakame) are included daily.

Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating.  Intermittent Fasting + a Cardiometabolic Diet is a program designed to promote a healthy heart and promote blood sugar balance.   This is a good choice for people that are overweight and have Hypertension or High-Cholesterol. Recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free, include healthy fat and are free of added salt.

Ketogenic Diet

The keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones.  A Ketogenic diet consists of 60-75% (or higher) of calories from fat, 15-30% protein, 5-10% carbs and 30g or less of net carbs per day. The majority of this food plan consists for organic and wild-caught proteins and fish and whole-fat dairy.

Low Sugar Diet

The Low Sugar Diet is designed to help weight loss and balance blood sugar.  A low-glycemic meal plan designed for clients who are pre-diabetic, have Type II diabetes, inflammatory issues, or those who want to reduce their sugar intake.  It can also be used as a diet for Candida Protocols.   Recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free.

Goes well with the Blood Sugar Balance Smoothie or the Skinny Smoothie.

FODMAP Diet

FOD-MAP stands for fermentable oligo-, di-, monosaccharides and polyols.  These are the scientific terms used to classify groups of carbs that are notorious for triggering digestive symptoms like bloating, gas and stomach pain.  FODMAPs are a group of fermentable carbs that aggravate gut symptoms in sensitive people. They’re found in a wide range of foods.  This Low-FODMAP plan is gluten-free and dairy-free. Following this plan may help improve symptoms of IBS and other gastrointestinal issues such as SIBO and H. Pylori, Gas and Bloating.    The plan is 28 days of following a Low FODMAP meal plan with an additional 28 days for reintroducing high and medium FODMAP foods to test for intolerances. Recipes include smoothies made with a gluten-free plain vegan protein powder. Protein powder should be based on brown rice, quinoa, or lactose-free dairy (whey). Pea protein along with artificial sweeteners and Inulin are high FODMAPs.

Low Sugar Vegetarian

The Low Sugar Vegetarian Diet is designed to help weight loss and balance blood sugar.   A low-glycemic vegetarian meal plan designed for clients who are pre-diabetic, have Type II diabetes, inflammatory issues, or those who want to reduce their sugar intake. It can also be used to supplement Candida Treatments.   Recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free. Eggs are used as a binding agent in the entrees, with the inclusion of flax egg instructions for those who wish to avoid eggs. Smoothie recipes include gluten-free, vegan protein powder (minimum of 20 g recommended).

Mediterranean Diet

“Mediterranean diet” is a generic term based on the traditional eating habits in the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. There’s not one standard Mediterranean diet. At least 16 countries border the Mediterranean.  The guidelines include plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and healthy oils. Fish, poultry, whole grains and low-fat dairy are also included.

The Mediterranean Diet is considered one of the healthiest and most enjoyable diets in the world and is excellent for Heart Health and Longevity Protocols.

Paleo Diet

The Paleo Diet is the diet of our hunger gatherer ancestors The Paleo diet is often referred to as the Cave Man Diet because it mostly includes foods that were common to the earth’s first inhabitants and that they ate foods prior to Agriculture and Farming. Many of the foods that cave men consumed no longer exist, so the modern Paleo is more of a whole foods diet with no processed foods.  

This Diet is an excellent choice for people with a Type O Blood Type.  This is a classic paleo diet - clean animal proteins, nuts and vegetables. All grains, dairy and legumes excluded.

Goes well with Skinny Smoothie.

Thyroid Cleanse

The Thyroid Cleanse is a diet that support healthy thyroid function by providing rich phytonutrients and proteins and reducing foods that can cause thyroid imbalances. 

The Thyroid can have many imbalances and it is important to support your thyroid with a healthy diet.   The Thyroid can be aggravated by certain foods and lifestyle factors and responds well to a supportive plan.  This program includes a Thyroid friendly menu plan that contains legumes (lentils) as well many paleo recipes.
